Series «naturally out»

“Everyone at work knows I’m gay. I’ve always seen that as an advantage because it stops people making comments and trying to find a girlfriend for me. Whenever someone new joins the team, I tell them openly about my partner. That makes the situation clear to everyone. Where I work, it really isn’t an issue any more. However, things used to be different: people definitely made comments behind my back. I know that being a homosexual was an issue when I applied for some jobs – but that was more than twenty years ago.”
