Network Lausanne is a dynamic group with a wide network of managers, specialists and self-employed members. Members can set up their own projects or join established project groups.
Traditional activities include a trip to Pride Romande and a weekend trip for the Federal Day of Repentance. Various trips, for example to the Fondation de l’Hermitage and the Lavaux wine region, reflect members’ varied interests.
Network Lausanne also has two sub-sections. Network Young Professionals has a special programme and a Facebook page aimed at young Networkers in the 25-35 age group. A wine-tasting event featuring wines of the Valais region in 2015 led to the establishment of a group in the Valais region.
Network Lausanne runs a range of diversity-related projects. It has taken part in the anti-homophobia week and also discussed the visibility of gays and lesbians in the workplace with VoGay. There are plans for a diversity charter with its own website.
Network Lausanne meets for drinks in the centre of Lausanne on the first and third Thursday of the month.
