With over 200 members, Network Zurich is the largest regional group in the Network association and provides a network of contacts for personal and professional development.
It holds regular “ApéroPlus” events, and explores issues relating to homosexuality in politics, the arts, business and society. Topics examined at past meetings include Queeramnesty (gay refugees and asylum-seekers), the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), gay football fan clubs (Letzi Junxx) and homophobia in Russia. A highlight of our “ApéroPlus” is the chance to meet new members.
A range of guided tours and excursions take place throughout the year on political, cultural, business-related and social themes. Other events are aimed at encouraging networking amongst ourselves, such as a relaxed summer barbecue, our Santa Claus party or a refined New Year’s drinks reception. Each year we go on a hiking weekend in the mountains where the focus is on camaraderie.
Network Zurich would like to meet dedicated networkers who are committed to our association’s goals in society and actively help with the organization of the occasional event.
Network Zurich meets for drinks on Wednesdays from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hotel Storchen in Zurich. In July and August, meetings are held at other attractive locations.
