Under no circumstances will this information be sold or rented in any way to third parties in accordance with Article 13 of the Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation and data protection laws. All network service providers are subject to the same data protection guidelines.
Each time a user accesses a page on the www.network.ch site and each time a file is consulted, data relating to these activities is recorded in a log file. Depending on the access protocol used, the log record includes data which may contain :

- the operating system and type of browser or browser settings.
We are unable to link the IP address to any personal data that may be available. The recorded files are used exclusively for the purposes of identifying and tracking unauthorised access requests/accesses to the Internet server and for statistical estimates such as the number of visitors or the popularity of a site.
