network Zurich is the association’s largest regional group. It offers its over 200 members a network of contacts, enabling them to make connections that serve their personal and professional development. 

There are regular “ApéroPlus” events, which explore issues relating to the LGBTI community in politics, the arts, business and society. Topics examined at past meetings include Queeramnesty (gay refugees and asylum-seekers), the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), gay football fan clubs (Letzi Junxx) and homophobia in Russia. One of the highlights of the “ApéroPlus” event series is the presentation of our new members.

There are tours and excursions focusing on political, cultural, business and social topics throughout the year. Other events are aimed at encouraging networking, such as a relaxed summer barbecue, Santa Claus party and festive New Year’s drinks reception. For one weekend every year we enjoy a hike in the mountains together.

We would like to recruit committed Networkers who are dedicated to our association’s aims and willing to help organize an event from time to time.
