The Eastern Switzerland/Principality of Liechtenstein regional group broadly covers the cantons of St. Gallen, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden, Thurgau and the Principality of Liechtenstein. In addition to regular drinks at Café Gschwend during the summer and the Hotel Einstein bar throughout the rest of the year, the programme includes regular museum and company visits.

The regional group has links with the St. Gallen-Appenzell chamber of commerce, the St. Gallen-Appenzell specialist department for Aids and sexual matters, and UniGay, the LGBTI association at the University of St. Gallen. Calendar highlights include twice-yearly fireside chats with prominent speakers from the political, business and cultural spheres, and an annual event at the Olma exhibition centre.
